Delivery

Fetchy is the place to come when you need to send a parcel door to door! We ensure every delivery is done with ease and convenience so your clients are not ‘waiting around’ and you’re not being held back from more important business activity. We will make sure the courier collects your parcel and delivers it to the address you specify, with full access to parcel tracking.

Couriers

We have relationships with all the leading international carrier services, and have done the hard work of negotiating the best prices possible for each of our clients. We guarantee the best prices and the quickest delivery for you to offer the best service to your customers.

Oh no! We apologize on behalf of our courier service for this. Firstly, please contact us directly, and we will make sure to collect your parcel as quickly as possible. Next, we'll make sure that it is received by your client as close to the delivery time as possible, free of charge of course. Once we have rescheduled the delivery method, use our full service tracking to ensure timely delivery -- and don't forget to inform your customer!

Packaging

At the moment, you need to do all the packaging yourself. Please be patient as we hope to add additional services such as packaging to Fetchy. We very much look forward to sharing this with you.

If you want your parcel and its contents to arrive in the same condition as you send it, it is crucial that you wrap the contents well. 

1. Protect your items while they’re in transit by wrapping them in a box, individually. Make sure the inner and outer box is strong. Consider using a new, heavy duty box for the outer box. 

2. Wrap each item in bubble wrap, and add foam internally to the outer box to prevent movement in the box during transit. 

3. Use duct tape or another strong tape around the edges of each box to ensure they’re sealed and safe. 

4. Please know that you’re responsible for the reduction of damage in transit. As couriers are moving numerous parcels it is best to reduce the risk of any issues. 

5. Ensure that all credentials and delivery information is clearly visible and not smudged or water damaged. If customs cannot read the address, there is a good chance the parcel will be returned. 

Please make sure that if you’re using a recycled box that the correct delivery address is clearly stated to prevent courier confusion. Please also remove any old documentation, labels or stickers to prevent any issues.

Many different couriers have their own policies on weight and size restrictions, so getting the correct measurements and weights are very important. 

1.     Measure length, width and height of each parcel. 

2.     Weigh your parcel in KGs 

3.     Enter these metrics into the shipment form 

4.     We take care of the rest!

If the measurements and weights are different to that collected by the courier, you will be charged an admin fee, along with the delivery rate upgrade to the correct price band. This will be updated in your account within 24 hours of collection, and you will be informed via email of the changes in the account.

International Shipping

Yes, you can ship internationally, and with pleasure! Fetchy was founded so you can go global.

Collection Enquiry

If you want to send multiple items to the SAME address, simply add each item to the top of the shipment form, which will generate one label. Know that these items must be packed into one package, which the courier will collect and send to the address stated. 

If you want to send multiple parcels to multiple DIFFERENT addresses then you must enter each shipment on its own shipment form. We use many different services to ensure your parcel will get to your client as quickly and cheaply as possible, therefore we will probably be using several different services. 

You can send as many parcels as you like in one day. 

We are happy to adjust your collection time! All changes must be made over an hour before your current collection time. Simply get in touch with us and we will rearrange and amend as needed. All you need to do is pay the difference. 

Please know, you cannot amend an order up to an hour before the specified collection window as the order will have already been processed with the courier. You will need to process a new order.

If for any reason you need to cancel an order, you must simply go to the shipments page, enter the shipment form, and select “Cancel shipment.” This must be done at least an hour before the collection window to ensure a full postage refund is sent to your account.

Integrations

Since each marketplace may have different behaviour and ways to manage stores the exact information that gets added depends where your store is hosted, however in most cases your items/listings will be carried over to your Fetchy account together with new orders that gets created in your store after you connect your account to your store.
