Do I have to pay a monthly subscription fee or make a minimum amount of shipments each month?

No! At Fetchy there is no monthly fee or minimum required, meaning you can use our FREE service whenever it suits your business’ needs. Simply pay for the shipments you make and nothing else.

How do I pay for my shipments?

As part of the process of creating a shipment, you must pay for the delivery based on the rate that Fetchy provides for you. You can pay for your shipments either using your PayPal account or any credit that you have added to your Fetchy account.

What are the benefits of using Fetchy credit?

Instead of paying for shipments using your PayPal account each time, you can simply load Fetchy credit using PayPal or a credit card, which allows you to pay for all your monthly shipments at once.

Are there any extra charges, such as fuel and surcharges?

No! The price that you see when you create your shipmentis the final price, including fuel and any surcharges. If your parcel ends upbeing larger or heavier than what you entered, you will be chargedretroactively. See our Terms & Conditions for more details.

How do I receive invoices for the shipments that I pay for?

Every time you make a transaction on Fetchy, whether for an individual shipment or when you load credit to your account, you will automatically receive an invoice by email to your email address on file.

Does Fetchy do the delivery?

No, Fetchy is merely the platform by where you create shipments. The delivery itself is carried out by the leading couriers, including UPS, DHL, Fedex, TNT and the local post.

Which couriers do you work with?

Fetchy has partnered with the world’s leading and most trusted couriers, such as DHL, UPS, TNT and many more. These couriers are capable of handling both domestic and international shipments.

Do I need to have an account with the couriers you partner with?

No! Unlike other shipping tools, you do not need to have an account with the couriers we work with. We have agreements in place with these couriers, which enables you to enjoy such attractive prices.

How are you able to offer such attractive prices? What’s the catch?

There’s no catch! We are on a mission to empower businesses by making shipping easier, better and cheaper. We’ve negotiated special agreements with some of the top couriers, which makes it possible for us to offer attractive shipping rates.

I am having trouble creating a shipment. What should I do?

Fetchy’s customer serviceteam is always available to help! You can do contact them either by clickingthe ‘’?’’ next to your name in the top right-hand corner of the platform andcreating a ‘’New Support Ticket’’ or by sending an email to support@fetchy.net.

How do I track my shipment? Can my customer track it, too?

After you click on ‘’Create Label’’ on the shipment page for that parcel, a clickable tracking number will appear. Once the parcel has been collected and scanned by the courier company, you will be able to see the ongoing status of the shipment. You can then share this tracking number with your customer, so they can track the shipment, too.

What happens if my parcel is lost or held at customs?

If any problems arise with a particular parcel, the courier company in question will be in touch with us, and we will look into the issue immediately. We will then direct you to the appropriate department at the courier company, so that you can deal with the issue as soon as possible.

Are my parcels insured, or do I need to pay extra?

All shipments have basic insurance included, which varies based on the courier handling the shipment; you can see how much is covered on the shipment page. Extra insurance is available and costs 1% of the value of the product you are sending and would like to insure.

What online stores and marketplaces are you able to integrate with?

We can integrate to anyonline store thanks to our incredible development team! Right now, we have fullintegration with Shopify, Etsy, eBay and WooCommerce. In the coming weeks,we’ll be adding Amazon, Magento, Wix, BigCommerce and more to our repertoire.

How do I connect my online store? Do I need a developer?

It’s super easy! Simply go to the ‘’Settings’’ section of your account and click on the logo of the online store or marketplace you wish to integrate with. Once you have allowed it to access Fetchy, you’re good to go, and you will start seeing your online orders in your Fetchy account immediately. You can do this for as many or as few as you use.

Should I display Fetchy’s prices on my website?

That is completely up to you. You can either advertise the attractive rates to your customers or simply choose a pricing system. Check out this post on the benefits of offering free shipping to your customers.

What do I do with online orders that I don’t want to send via Fetchy?

Not every order that appears in your Fetchy account has to be sent out through the platform. For those orders, you can simply ignore them (and send the delivery however you’d like) or remove the shipment from your Fetchy account by clicking the red ‘’Cancel Shipment’’ button at the bottom of shipment page for that order. Don’t worry, though—cancelling a shipment on Fetchy doesn’t cancel the order!

Can I integrate two different online stores on Fetchy?

Yes! If you have two different stores, for example, a Shopify store and an eBay one, you can integrate both to your Fetchy account. If you have two Shopify stores, you will need two separate Fetchy accounts.

Can I use Fetchy even if I don’t have an online store?

Of course! If you don’t have an online store or have one that hasn’t yet been integrated with Fetchy, you can enter your shipments manually and still enjoy Fetchy’s low shipping rates, great delivery options and excellent customer service.

Does Fetchy provide a fulfilment and storage service?

Yes! Fetchy is committed to helping eCommerce business owners serve customers around the globe efficiently and locally by offering access to our fulfilment centres.

Where are Fetchy’s fulfilment centres located?

We currently have hubs in Europe and in North America. If you’re looking to expand your business to serve international locations in a domestic way, please send us a message at info@fetchy.net.

When should I start thinking about using fulfilment centres?

It totally depends on your business needs, but if you’re sending out more than 100 parcels a month abroad, it may be time to think about optimizing your shipping needs. Please read our case study on X to learn more.

Is Fetchy safe to use?

Safety is our highest priority. We only partner with trusted couriers to fulfil your shipments, and our platform is encrypted to keep your information safe. We never share your information.

Do you store my and/or my customers’ information?

Your personal information is stored securely in your account so that you can access it for shipments and invoicing. Our platform is encrypted to keep your information safe, and we never share it or give anyone else access to your account.

Do you offer GDPR protection?

Yes! Not only is your datafully protected, but we also give you the option of deleting all your user datafrom our system at any time.

Does Gett and GettXL provide service on Fridays and Saturdays?

The Gett scooters service is available on Sun-Thursday + Sat 08:00-23:00, and Friday on 08:00-16:00.

Is there a cutoff point from when you cancel a delivery before it is collected and not get charged?

You can see the cancellation policy here. What is important to understand is when you make an order, the order will call the driver immediately and he'll arrive to the pickup point within 10 minutes

Which cities which are eligible for the Gett service?

See the eligible cities in the link -
The Gett service is eligible just for pickup and not for drop off, for example, you can pick up a package from Herzliya and send it to Netanya but can't pick up a package from Netanya

What are the package limitations for either service? Is it determined by weight or package size?

For the Gett scooter service, the maximum package size is 40cm X 40cm X 45cm and the maximum weight is 5 kg.
For GettXL service, the maximum weight/volume metric weight is 15 kg.
